Salmon in a frying pan
INGREDIENTS
4 salmon fillets
q.s. Paprika
q.s. Soy sauce
q.s. Garlic powder
q.s. Extra virgin olive oil
q.s. Red onion
q.s. Green part of the zucchini
q.s. PorSi P carrots
q.s. Tomato pulp
q.s. Greek yogurt
q.s. Parsley
TIPS
You can use the inside of the zucchini to make soup.
PREPARATION METHOD
Start by seasoning the salmon fillets with paprika, garlic powder and soy sauce.
In a frying pan, add a dash of olive oil and add the salmon fillets and let them caramelize. Remove and set aside.
In the same frying pan, add the onions in half moons and the sliced carrots.
Add the green part of the zucchini and mix well.
Add the Greek yogurt and tomato and cook until the vegetables are cooked.
Add the salmon to add flavor.
Adjust the seasoning and serve with chopped parsley.
