 Pumpkin pie


INGREDIENTS


500 g pumpkin


500 g brown sugar


5 eggs


2 tablespoons wheat flour


250 g butter


to taste lemon


to taste cinnamon powder


TIPS

You can replace the sugar with roasted apple and dates (blend into a puree).





PREPARATION


Start by cooking or roasting the pumpkin.


In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, add the lemon juice and zest.


Add the pumpkin puree, flour and cinnamon.


Preheat the oven to 180ºC.


Sprinkle baking paper with flour and place the dough on top.


Bake for about 35 minutes at 180ºC. Turn out onto a sheet of greaseproof paper and, using a cloth, roll up the pie.
