 Egg and Mayonnaise Salad


Ingredients


8 boiled eggs

1/2 green apple

1/2 red onion

5 tbsp Hellmans mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp wasabi powder

Parsley to taste

Chives to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

1 lemon

2 mini romaine lettuces





Preparation


1. Cut the boiled eggs into pieces and place in a bowl.

2. Add the chopped red onion and diced green apple.

3. Pour the mayonnaise over the eggs, which can be homemade or store-bought. Add the Dijon mustard and wasabi powder.

4. Season with salt and pepper and add chopped parsley and chives.

5. Finish with a few drops of lemon juice and mix everything together.

6. Serve on romaine lettuce leaves.
