Asian Prawns Recipe
Ingredients
300g prawns
50ml soy sauce
5g sesame oil
½ chilli pepper with skin and seeds
6g sugar
1 bunch coriander
10g fresh ginger
5g powdered wasabi
Juice of half a lime
Preparation
1. Separate the head from the body of 300g prawns.
2. Grease a frying pan with a dash of oil and add the prawn heads. Add 1 tablespoon of coarsely chopped ginger, half a chilli pepper with skin and seeds and the stems of a bunch of chopped coriander.
3. Add the prawn body, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of wasabi, 1 pinch of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and the juice of half a lime.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
