Apple flans
Ingredients
apple
4 units (480 g)
egg M
3 units
semi-skimmed milk
300 ml
cinnamon

wholemeal flour
85 g
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the apples and cut them into thick half-moons.
Step 2
Heat a little water in a frying pan, add the apple and cook for about 6 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Step 4
Place the eggs in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until you get a whitish foam.
Step 5
Add the milk, cinnamon and sifted flour to the bowl. Continue beating until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Step 6
Distribute the apples among small oven-safe dishes and pour the egg mixture over them.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 8
You can serve it cold or hot. If you wish, you can sprinkle with a little more cinnamon.
