Vegetable Stew Recipe
Ingredients
30 ml olive oil
300 g cauliflower
200 g mushrooms
1 courgette
1 packet of Knorr 1,2,3…Flavor! Stroganoff (33 g)
200 g fresh spinach leaves
Preparation Method
Melt the olive oil in a low saucepan.
Add the cauliflower in small florets and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms in halves and the courgette in thick slices. Cook for another 3 minutes.
Add 250 ml cold water, the contents of the sachet and stir until boiling.
Finally add the spinach, mix and serve immediately with rice, couscous or quinoa.
