Turkey and spinach burger Recipe
Ingredients
turkey breast
300 g
garlic powder
1 tsp
salt
2 tsp
spinach
100 g
red onion
2 tbsp
virgin olive oil
2 tbsp
iceberg lettuce
300 g
For the salad
cherry tomatoes
150 g
cooked chickpeas
1 jar
cucumber
200 g
fresh mint
to taste
extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp
vinegar
1 tbsp
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Step 2
Place the turkey meat with the garlic, salt and spinach in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Add the onion and mix again. Form six burgers.
Step 4
Heat a non-stick frying pan with olive oil and cook the burgers for 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Step 5
Shred the lettuce leaves and serve the burgers inside the leaves.
Step 6
For the salad, mix the halved tomatoes, drained chickpeas, small pieces of cucumber and chopped mint in a bowl and season with olive oil and vinegar.
Step 7
Serve the burgers with the salad.
