Tuna puff pastry
Ingredients
1 can of tuna in oil
1 small onion
1/2 green pepper
1 chilli (optional)
2 tablespoons of tomato pulp
1/2 tablespoon of paprika paste
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 tablespoon of butter
sesame seeds and flax seeds (optional)
Preparation
Put a little tuna oil in a pan and drain the rest.
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in the tuna oil. When the onion starts to cook, add the diced pepper and the finely chopped chilli. Let it cook a little, being careful not to burn it.
Add the drained tuna, tomato pulp and paprika paste. Mix well and let it cook for a few minutes.
Cut the puff pastry into four parts and put a little of the tuna mixture in each one, close the puff pastry and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with the seeds and bake in a hot oven until the puff pastry is golden.
