 Tuna and Tomato Quiche


Ingredients


1 shortcrust pastry (shortcrust pastry/brisée pastry)

4 eggs

200 ml of liquid cream (liquid cream)

280g of canned tuna (or natural)

2 tomatoes

salt to taste

pepper to taste

aromatic herbs (herbs de provence)





Preparation


Step 1 - Mix the eggs with the cream/cream, salt and pepper.

Step 2 - Drain the water from the can of tuna (if it is canned) and leave it in pieces. Then mix it with the previous mixture. Grease the pan and place the shortcrust pastry in it. Then pour the mixture.

Step 3 - Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on top of the quiche.

Step 4 - Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C.

Step 5 - Tuna and Tomato Quiche is ready.
