Preparation


Step 1

In a large pan, cook the octopus with the salt, pepper, sliced ​​and seeded chili pepper, quartered and skinned tomato and a bunch of parsley (reserve some).

Step 2

Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Step 3

Place the drained octopus in a deep dish.

Step 4

Add the cooking sauce and drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice.
