 Quick Orange Muffins


Ingredients


2 eggs

125 g sugar

Zest of one orange

Juice of one orange

100 g flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

100 g melted butter

Sugar for sprinkling





Preparation


Beat all ingredients well.

Pour the mixture into buttered muffin tins, without filling them too much.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for 13 minutes.

Then open the oven and sprinkle with sugar.

Close the oven again and turn off the oven. Remove the muffins after 2 minutes.
