Pumpkin Purée
Ingredients
200 g pumpkin
Butter to taste
Salt flavored with thyme, rosemary, bay leaves and oregano
Preparation
Cook the pumpkin in a little salted water.
Once cooked, drain off as much water as possible and reduce to a purée.
Return to the heat with a dessert spoon of butter.
Stir well until you get the desired consistency, adding butter if you wish.
Serve hot.
