 Potato Straws (baked)


Ingredients


1 potato (large)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon vinegar





Preparation


Step 1 - After peeling the potatoes, cut them into very thin slices (we used a potato peeler). Then cut the slices into straws.

Step 2 - In a bowl, cover the potatoes with water and vinegar. Let them soak for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 220°C. Drain well and dry with a cloth. Place in a bowl and mix with 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Step 3 - Line the baking tray with parchment paper (butter) and pour/pour the potatoes. Bake for 20 minutes. Don't forget to stir after the first 10 minutes.

Step 4 - Remove from the oven and let cool/cool to room temperature. It's ready.
