Plum Jam with Chantilly Cream Recipe


Ingredients


1 can of condensed milk

full-fat milk (the same amount as a can of condensed milk)

6 egg yolks

4 fresh plums (black) in wedges, pitted, previously soaked

Water, to taste

Whipped cream

200ml of cream

2 tablespoons of sugar

6 egg whites

Salt

Toasted almonds to decorate





Preparation


1. Separate 6 egg yolks and reserve the whites. Strain the yolks into a saucepan.

2. Add 1 can of condensed milk and the same amount of full-fat milk. Mix well. Turn on the heat and let it cook, stirring constantly.

3. At the same time, heat 4 plum wedges, with a little water. Let everything cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

4. Add a pinch of salt to 6 egg whites and beat them until stiff. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.

5. Mix the plums with the cooled cream. Fold in 200 ml of whipped cream and the egg whites. Top the plum jam with whipped cream.

6. Finish by decorating with toasted almond slices! Delicious!
