 Pineapple Flan Pudding Recipe


Ingredients


For the pudding:


440 g sugar (220 g for caramel and 220 g for cream)

20 ml water

300 ml pineapple juice

4 tablespoons cornstarch

300 ml milk

10 eggs (already broken, in a bowl)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For caramelized pineapple slices:

Brown sugar to taste

4 pineapple slices

1 glass of rum





Preparation


1. For the caramel, melt 200 g sugar with 120 ml water in a frying pan until caramelized. Pour into a pudding mold with a lid.


2. At the same time, caramelize 4 slices of pineapple: heat a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 glass of rum and 4 slices of pineapple. Let caramelize.


3. For the pudding, place 10 eggs, 220g of sugar, 300ml of pineapple juice, 300ml of milk, 4 tablespoons of starch and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in the blender.


4. Serve the pudding with the caramelized pineapple slices.
