 Minced meat and tomato sauce pie Recipe


ingredients


1 roll of puff pastry

400 g minced meat

250 g tomato sauce

a little olive oil to cook the meat

Salt

Pepper

Spices to taste





Preparation

Step 1 - Stretch the puff pastry and place in a pie mold. Prick the pie with a fork.

Bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200°C (or until slightly golden).

Step 2 - Season the meat. Cook it in a frying pan with a little olive oil for 10 minutes.

Step 3 - Add the tomato sauce, either homemade or store-bought.

Step 4 - Once the pastry is out of the oven, pour the meat and tomato sauce mixture on top.

Step 5 - Put it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200°C, until the edges are golden.
