 Marinated chicken with Japanese sauce


Ingredients


4 chicken thighs

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp sriracha/gochujang/hot sauce

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp ground ginger

2 tbsp sesame seeds





Preparation


Step 1 - Pour the soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar into the airtight container. Add the sugar, sriracha sauce, garlic, honey, ginger and sesame seeds.

Step 2 - Mix well. This will be the marinade sauce.

Step 3 - Marinated chicken with Japanese sauceThen add the chicken legs. Step 4 - Mix well or cover the container and shake to ensure everything is well combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. If you don't have a lid, cover it with plastic wrap.

Step 5 - Remove the lid and bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.

Step 6 - The chicken with Japanese sauce is ready. Enjoy!
