Hot Pepper Sauce
Ingredients
HOMEMADE PEPPER SAUCE
12 fresh hot peppers (can be a combination of cayenne, chili, etc.)
1 clove of peeled garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 cup of white or apple cider vinegar
PEPPER SAUCE II
3 chili peppers
8 chili peppers
1 small onion
5 cloves of garlic
parsley and basil to taste
1 cup of olive oil
1 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of salt
PEPPER SAUCE III
100 g of chili peppers, washed and seeded
3 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, chopped
1 clove of garlic
1 bay leaf
1/3 cup of vinegar
2 tablespoons (tea) salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cloves (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
4 tablespoons oil or olive oil
Preparation
HOMEMADE PEPPER SAUCE
In a small glass or stainless steel pan, boil the peppers, peeled garlic, salt and sugar in the vinegar until soft.
Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Pass through a sieve, pressing with a spoon to remove the seeds. Add more vinegar if you want a more liquid consistency. Store in sterilized, covered jars in the refrigerator.
PEPPER SAUCE II
Combine all the ingredients and blend in a blender or food processor.
Place in a sterilized glass jar and keep in the refrigerator. For less heat, you can remove the seeds from the pepper.
PEPPER SAUCE III
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Place in sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
