 Garlic Potatoes


Ingredients


600 g of new potatoes

3 cloves of garlic

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

1 tablespoon of chopped chives





Preparation


Wash the potatoes well and cook them with their skins on. Mash the garlic with the olive oil, parsley and chives in a mortar and pestle, and cook this paste in a large frying pan until golden.

Drain the potatoes, dry them well and sauté them in the sauce. Season with salt and ground pepper. Serve with a good tomato and cucumber salad.
