 Fresh Sausage with White Wine


Ingredients


6 fresh sausages

1 onion

500 ml dry white wine

olive oil





Preparation


Sauté the chopped onions in the olive oil. (do not let them brown)

Then put the sausages to cook.

Pour the white wine into the pan and let it boil over medium heat for about 20 minutes. The wine will evaporate a little, reducing the sauce.

The white wine sausages are ready for your meal.
