 Fish Gratin Recipe


Ingredients


600 g white fish (hake, tilapia, hake)

500 g potatoes

200 g mushrooms (parisian champignons)

35 g wheat flour

35 g butter (margarine)

500 ml milk

70 g grated cheese

salt

pepper

nutmeg




Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Cook them for 10 minutes in boiling water

Grease the pan and pour the cooked potatoes. Place the fish cut into large pieces on top of the potatoes. Finally, add the washed and sliced ​​mushrooms on top of the fish.

Preparing the béchamel: in a saucepan, melt the butter and pour the flour all at once. Mix with a whisk.


Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly. The sauce should thicken. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg


Pour the béchamel sauce into the pan over the entire surface. Finally, add the grated cheese.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.

The fish gratin is ready to be served.
