Easy tomato stew
Cut the tomatoes for today's tomato stew!! This easy and versatile recipe, usually served as a side dish, can also be turned into a main dish, just add an egg. With tips like these, everything tastes better when cooking.
Ingredients
2 tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
salt
pepper
olive oil
oregano
Preparation
Step 1 - Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut them into cubes. Also cut the bell pepper. Chop the shallot and the garlic clove.
Step 2 - Sauté the bell pepper, shallot and garlic in olive oil. When the shallot becomes translucent, add the tomato. Add a little water. Mix well and let it simmer with the pan covered until it reaches the consistency of a sauce.
Step 3 - It's ready.
