Clementine Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients
12 clementines
125 g white sugar
100 ml agave syrup
Juice of 1 lemon
Mint to taste
Preparation

Start by squeezing the clementines to extract the juice. Strain the juice.

Put the juice in a saucepan with the sugar. Bring to a low heat and stir constantly until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat.

Add the agave syrup and the juice of 1 lemon, mix well and pour into an airtight container. Place in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours.

Remove after 1/2 hour when crystals start to form and scrape with a fork. Return to the freezer for 1 to 2 hours until ready to serve.
5.
Serve the clementine ice cream in glasses and garnish with mint.
