Clams with Bacon and Cream Recipe
Ingredients
q.s. Olive oil
100 g bacon cut into strips
5 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of coriander
1 chili pepper
1 glass of white wine
200 ml Cream
1 kg white clams
Pack of cream
Lemon
1 cornbread
parsley and pepper
Salt
Preparation
1. Start this beautiful recipe by washing the clams and leaving them to soak for 1 hour in salted water, to remove the sand.
2. Then heat a frying pan. Add a dash of olive oil, 100 g bacon cut into strips and let fry.
3. Meanwhile, cut 5 garlic cloves into thin slices and chop the coriander.
4. Cool with 1 glass of white wine, add the garlic, coriander and a chili pepper.
5. Season with salt and pepper and once the alcohol has evaporated, add the drained clams.
6. Cover the pan for 3 or 4 minutes so they can steam open.
7. When they are all open, stir, add the cream, stir again until it starts to bubble and it's ready.
8. Serve sprinkled with fresh coriander leaves, some slices of cornbread and lemon wedges. Delicious!
