Carrot Soufflé Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 kg of carrots
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites beaten until stiff
3 tablespoons of grated cheese
1/2 cup of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Cook the carrots and blend them in a blender with the egg yolks, cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in a preheated medium oven until golden brown (approx. 40 minutes).
