Ingredients
250 g of softened butter
200 g of confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1 - Beat the butter in the mixer.
Step 2 - Then add half of the confectioner's sugar and beat again. Add the rest of the sugar. Beat.
Step 3 - Add the milk and vanilla extract. Beat now at maximum speed for 5 minutes.
Step 4 - It's ready. This is the cream we spread on the cake before covering it with the fondant. It serves to better stick it.
