 Salmon Rissoles Recipe


Ingredients


1 drizzle of olive oil

1 chopped onion

2 cloves of minced garlic

240 g salmon fillet in its natural state

210 g tomato pulp

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Tender dough for rissoles

Wheat flour to taste

Beaten egg to taste





Preparation


For the filling

1.

Sauté the onion and garlic in a drizzle of olive oil.


2.Add the salmon fillet, tomato pulp and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.


For the dough

Prepare the tender dough for rissoles, moisten the edges with water and place about 1 tablespoon of salmon filling in the center. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges well. Seal the sides with a fork.


2.Dip the rissoles in flour and then in egg. Place in the basket of the oil-free fryer (preferably with the tray in place) and fry at 180ºC for 18 minutes. Turn the rissoles halfway through.


3.

Serve the salmon rissoles immediately.
