Recipe for Steak Steaks with Sautéed Onions and Arugula
Ingredients
350 g of thin pork steaks
1 stock cube for steaks (10 g)
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 cup of white wine
2 onions, sliced
1 clove of garlic, sliced
100 g of arugula
4 loaves of bread
to taste mustard
Preparation
Place the stock cube for steaks in a bowl, drizzle with half of the olive oil and break up with a fork.
Pour this mixture over the meat, add the wine and mix. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
In a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for about 12 minutes, allowing it to soften. Remove and set aside.
In the same frying pan, fry the steaks for about 2 minutes on each side.
Serve the steaks on bread with onion, arugula and mustard to taste.
