Recipe for Baked Turkey Steaks with Mushrooms
Ingredients
8 turkey steaks
200 g of mushrooms
1 package of Knorr Onion Soup (50 g)
1 package of cream
100 ml of milk
to taste fresh chopped parsley
Preparation
Place the steaks on a baking tray and season with salt.
Spread the sliced mushrooms on top.
In a bowl, mix the cream with the contents of the Knorr Onion Soup package and the milk.
Pour the mixture over the steaks and bake in a preheated oven at 190ºC for about 20 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
