Quick Tuna Pie Recipe
Ingredients
5 large potatoes
5 seafood delights
Black olives to taste
2 cans of tuna
Salt to taste
100 ml of cream
2 tablespoons of grated cheese or to taste
1/2 onion
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. In a pan with water, add the potato slices, season with salt and let cook.
Once the potatoes are cooked, brush the baking tray with a little oil, add half of the potato slices.
Chop the onion and mix in the drained tuna, change the blade to the blender and mix the onion with the tuna and 50 ml of cream.
Place the tuna mixture on top of the potatoes and cover with the remaining potatoes.
On top, place the olives and seafood delights, sprinkle with grated cheese and drizzle with cream.
Bake in the oven until golden brown.
