Quick Egg Yolk Recipe
Ingredients
150 g Sugar
150 ml Water
6 Egg Yolks
Lemon Peel
Preparation
Bring 150 ml water to the boil with 150 g sugar and a lemon peel.
Let it form a syrup.
Then let it cool a little. Mix 6 egg yolks well and add the syrup little by little.
Bring it back to the boil
