Pasta with chicken in the pressure cooker Recipe
Ingredients
300 grams of short durum wheat pasta
1/2 chicken breast cut into strips or small pieces without skin
1 liter of water
2 chicken stock cubes
1/2 can of tomato sauce
1 small box of cream
2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
2 tablespoons of oil
Parmesan cheese to finish
Preparation
Season the chicken fillet pieces with the seasoning to taste and let it take on the flavor.
In a pressure cooker, add the oil and the chopped onion to soften, add the chopped tomatoes.
Cook for a while, then add the seasoned chicken and stir well and let it cook a little, add the tomato sauce, crumble the chicken stock cubes and add the water, at this point add the pasta, stir well and cover the pan.
When the pan starts to hiss, count 6 minutes on the clock, let the steam escape by itself, open the pan and add the cream, close it for a little longer, remove and serve with grated cheese.
