Octopus Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1.5 kg of octopus
2 cubes of Knorr Garlic and Parsley Seasoning
1 onion
1 dried bay leaf
1 chopped red onion
4 chopped mixed peppers
4 tablespoons of fresh parsley
100 ml of olive oil
Preparation Method
In a pan with water, place the two cubes of Knorr Garlic and Parsley Seasoning, the quartered onion and the bay leaf. Bring to the boil.
Add the octopus and cook for about 45 minutes. Then cut into pieces.
Place the octopus in a bowl and add the red onion, peppers and chopped parsley.
Season with olive oil and serve cold.
