 Fruit Jelly Recipe with Fresh Fruit and Yogurt


Ingredients


500ml orange juice

500ml apple juice

8 gelatin sheets

1 Madeira banana

15 raspberries

15 grapes cut in half

500g sweetened Greek yogurt





Preparation


1. Soak 8 gelatin sheets in cold water.

2. Drain the soaked gelatin sheets and melt them in hot water.

3. Add half of the gelatin to 500ml orange juice and the other half to 500ml apple juice.

4. Pour the mixtures into rectangular containers and refrigerate for 2 hours to solidify.

5. Cut the gelatin sheets into cubes and serve in a bowl, alternating layers with 1 banana in pieces, 500ml sweetened Greek yogurt, 15 grapes and 15 raspberries.
