“Family” Cake with Condensed Milk Recipe
Ingredients
370g condensed milk
600g sugar
420g flour
380ml milk
250g butter
5 eggs
Butter for greasing
Preparation
1. Beat 250g butter with 600g sugar until the mixture is whitish.
2. Add 5 egg yolks and 380ml milk and beat again.
3. Add 420g flour and beat everything very well.
4. Fold in 5 beaten egg whites.
5. Pour 370g condensed milk into a greased and floured pan and then pour in the mixture.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 130ºC for about 1 hour.
7. Unmold while warm and serve.
