Delicious Tuna Steak Recipe with Salad
Ingredients
4 fresh tuna fillets
2 tablespoons of Knorr Vegetable Seasoning Powder
3 tomatoes on the vine
1 cucumber
1 red onion
2 tablespoons of sliced black olives
Preparation Method
Season the tuna steaks with Knorr Vegetable Seasoning Powder. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and set aside.
Chop the tomato, slice the cucumber, add the onion in half moons and combine everything in a salad bowl.
Add the olives and season to taste with salt, olive oil and vinegar.
Grill the steaks in a very hot non-stick frying pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Let rest for 2 minutes and cut into slices.
Serve with the salad.
