Delicious Carrot Rice Recipe
Ingredients
2.5 cups of water
1 Knorr Rice Stock Cube (10 g)
2 tablespoons of vegetable cream
1 cup of long-grain rice
1 grated carrot
Preparation
Bring the two and a half cups of water to the boil along with the Knorr Rice Stock Cube and the vegetable cream.
Add the rice, mix and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, grate the carrot, add to the rice and mix.
Check if the rice is cooked to your liking, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
