Delicious Avocado Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
2 avocados
1 lemon
1 sprig of parsley
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 dl of olive oil
parsley to decorate
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Peel the avocados and cut them in half.
Discard the pit and place them in a bowl.
Sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon and cut each avocado into slices. Arrange the slices in a staggered fashion on a serving plate.
Place the crushed garlic with the chopped parsley, sugar, mustard, lemon juice and olive oil in a blender.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and blend with a hand blender.
Pour the mixture over the avocado and decorate with segments of the remaining lemon and parsley leaves.
