Crab Stuffing Delight

Ingredients
1 cooked crab
2 boiled eggs
50 g pickles
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
50 ml beer
200 g mayonnaise
Lemon juice to taste
Chopped parsley to taste
Toast to taste
Preparation

Separate the crab legs and remove the inside, reserving the shell. Peel and roughly chop the crab filling, the boiled eggs and the pickles.

In a bowl, place the crab meat, the chopped eggs, the pickles, the mustard and the ketchup.

Then add the breadcrumbs and the beer. Mix well.

Finally, add the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper and mix everything very well. Stuff the crab shell with this mixture and serve with the cooked legs, lemon juice, chopped parsley and accompany with toasts to taste.
