Chicken Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
2 cans of sliced mushrooms
2 packets of cream
1 small onion
1 glass of port wine
1 tablespoon of tomato pulp
olive oil
salt, pepper
chili pepper
nutmeg to taste
Preparation
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
Sauté the chopped onion and as soon as it starts to brown, add the tomato pulp, chicken cubes and mushrooms.
Let it brown, add the port wine and cream.
Season to taste and cook over low heat.
As soon as the cream starts to thicken, wait 3 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes, cooked pasta or rice
