Cheese Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
100 g of cheddar cheese, cut into pieces
100 g of grated mozzarella cheese
100 g of brie cheese, cut into pieces
100 g of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of milk
Chopped chives, to taste
1 teaspoon of salt
Pepper, to taste
Wholemeal toast, to taste
Preparation

To start preparing your cheese fondue, place the cheeses, milk, and chopped chives in a bowl and mix. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a Pyrex dish or oven dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese starts to bubble and turn golden. You can turn on the grill mode to get more color.

Serve your cheese fondue sprinkled with chopped chives and accompanied by whole-grain toast.
