 Cauliflower Pizza Recipe


Ingredients


2 cups of cauliflower

1 cube of vegetable stock (10 g)

5 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese

1 egg

100 g of grated mozzarella cheese

2 tomatoes, sliced

1/2 zucchini, thinly sliced

1 red onion

4 fresh basil leaves, chopped

1 cup of arugula

q.s. olive oil




Preparation


Place the cauliflower, the vegetable stock cube, the parmesan cheese and the egg in a food processor and chop until you get a coarse sand texture.


Place this dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Shape it into whatever shape you want and bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC.


Remove, place the cheese on top, arrange the sliced ​​tomato, as well as the zucchini, the red onion in half-moons and the chopped basil leaves.


Bake again for about 10 to 12 minutes.


When cooked, remove and sprinkle arugula and basil on top to taste.


Drizzle with a little olive oil and serve immediately.
