Carrot and Green Bean Soup Recipe


Ingredients


300 g onion

2 cloves garlic

250 g potatoes

400 g carrots

1100 g water

Salt to taste

250 g green beans

45 g olive oil





Preparation


1.

In a bowl, place the onions, garlic cloves, potatoes and carrots: all peeled and cut into pieces. Add the water and salt.


2.

Cut the green beans into very thin pieces and place them in the steam tray. Place the tray over the bowl and set the steam function for 30 minutes.


3.

Remove the steam tray, place the lid on the bowl and blend for 2 minutes, starting at speed 3 and gradually increasing to speed 8.


4.

Add the olive oil and green beans and set for a further 5 minutes at 100°C, in Reverse Rotation at speed 1.
