 Vanilla Ice Cream and Condensed Milk Sandwich Recipe


Ingredients


275 g condensed milk

450 ml cream

100 g (about 20) rectangular biscuits (toasted)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract





Preparation

Beat the condensed milk with the cream and vanilla.

Line a rectangular baking tin with baking paper and place a first layer of biscuits.

Pour in the condensed milk mixture and smooth the surface.

Place the second layer of biscuits, making sure they are aligned with the ones below

Freeze for at least 3 hours and cut into portions to form the sandwiches.
