Sweet Potato and Dark Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
500 g sweet potato
4 eggs
150 g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
Start by cooking the sweet potato and mashing it until you get a puree. Let it cool completely before continuing with the recipe.
Melt the chocolate and set aside.
Mix the eggs, one by one, with the sweet potato, mix in the chocolate, flour and baking powder and bake in a small pan lined with baking paper.
The oven should be preheated to 180ºC and the cake should bake for about 25 minutes.
