 Sensational Burger with Beetroot Spread


Ingredients


1 pack of Sensational™ Burger GARDEN GOURMET

1 sweet potato

a few lettuce leaves

1 tablespoon olive oil

burger buns

160 g beetroot

110 g vegan cheese

cumin to taste

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon lemon zest

½ lemon juice

2 ripe avocados

½ red onion

2 cloves garlic

1 tomato

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon lemon juice

coriander to taste

salt to taste

pepper to taste





Preparation


Heat the oven to 200ºC and line a baking tray with baking paper. Wash the sweet potato and cut into strips.

Place the sweet potato strips in the oven on the baking tray lined with baking paper, drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper and salt. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked.

To prepare the guacamole: Mash the avocados and mix in a bowl with the chopped garlic and lemon juice. Add the coriander, red onion, paprika, pepper and salt. Mix everything well in a blender until you get a creamy texture. Finish with the tomato cut into small cubes.

To prepare the beetroot paste: In a blender, mix the beetroot (pre-cooked), vegan cheese, cumin, garlic powder, lemon zest and lemon juice until you get a creamy texture.

Prepare the GARDEN GOURMET Sensational™ Burger according to the instructions on the packaging. Build the burgers in the following order of ingredients: bun, lettuce, Sensational™ Burger, beetroot paste, sweet potato, Sensational™ Burger, guacamole, lettuce, bun.
