Portuguese Pork Recipe
Ingredients
1 kg of pork
2 bay leaves
3 cloves of garlic
1 kg of new potatoes
1 lemon
oil to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
paprika to taste
olives to taste
parsley to taste
Preparation
Cut the meat into small pieces, season with garlic, salt, pepper, bay leaf and paprika.
Mix everything well and leave to marinate for an hour.
Place a frying pan on the heat with the oil; fry the meat and drain it on absorbent paper.
In the meantime, in another frying pan, fry the potatoes cut into small cubes; drain them too and season them with refined salt.
In a serving dish, combine the potatoes with the meat, garnish with lemon wedges (or chopped pickles) and parsley. It is ready to eat :)
