Pickled Radishes
ingredients
1 bunch of small fresh radishes
250 ml white wine vinegar
200 ml water
salt to taste
garlic, pepper, cumin
Preparation
First, sterilize a jar in which you will place the properly cleaned radishes.
In a bowl, bring the vinegar, water and salt to a boil.
Let it boil for a few minutes, turn off the heat and, as soon as it is less hot, pour it over the radishes that should be arranged in the sterilized jar, close it tightly and let it cool.
You can eat them in two days.
