Marmalade Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
1 can of cream
2 shortcrust pastry
30 g of sugar
300 g of marmalade
3 eggs + 1 to decorate
250 g of fresh cheese
50 g of grated island cheese
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the cream, fresh cheese, eggs and sugar. Set aside.
Roll out the pastry in a tart pan and place the mixture on top.
Cut out squares of marmalade and spread over the mixture in the tart pan.
Prepare the second pastry to cover by making at least one hole in the middle. You can use shaped cutters.
Use a brush to brush the beaten egg over the pastry and sprinkle with grated island cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180ΒΊ for approximately 35 minutes.
Tip: It can be served cold or warm. It goes well with a scoop of ice cream.
