Margarida's Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
2 chapatas or mafrinhas or country breads
8 slices of Nisa or Tolosa cheese
4 slices of paio or loin paio
1 cup of arugula
mayonnaise or horseradish sauce to taste
Preparation
Spread the bottom of the bread with mayonnaise to taste, place the arugula on top, then the cheese and the paio or ham.
Spread the other half of the bread with mayonnaise and serve immediately. You can turn this sandwich into toast, it will be delicious.
